The aim of the program “Management of mobility in the company from 2026 onwards” is to support and guide Viennese companies with 100 or more employees in the implementation of mobility measures. By comprehensively managing corporate mobility, companies can become more attractive employers while simultaneously contributing to their own sustainability goals.
The program identifies the mobility needs and potential of each individual company. The company is provided with assistance to create a strategic mobility plan and develop effective and long-term sustainable solutions.
Some of the possible measures are, for example, an annual show for public transport, rental of official bicycles including bicycle parking infrastructure, carsharing, other climate-friendly vehicles and the like. Businesses can also exchange information with other businesses within the network.
The program is implemented in cooperation with the Viennese public transport company Wiener Linien and the City of Vienna Agency for Climate and Innovation Urban Innovation Vienna. This initiative benefits businesses and employees and at the same time contributes to sustainability goals in the Austrian capital.
Participation in the program is free and lasts about nine months. These measures make the journey to work more pleasant, healthier and climate-friendly.
