This year’s World Cup will remain a special memory for an 11-year-old Croatian girl. The young creative Ivana Gelo is one of the winners of the competition of the global initiative Be There With Hyundai, in which children from all over the world showed their experience of football and cheering for their national team through original drawings. In addition to the global promotional campaign, Ivana’s work was displayed on the official bus of the Croatian national team during the FIFA World Cup 2026, which is being held in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.

Namely, as part of the Next Starts Now campaign, Hyundai gathered young fans between the ages of 5 and 12 through The Greatest Cheer competition with the task of showing their support for their national team through original work and showing what the World Cup represents for them. Among the submitted works, 48 ​​winning drawings were selected, one for each national team participating in the championship, with the integration of which the buses were transformed into mobile exhibition spaces of children’s imagination and creativity. In addition to global visibility and recognition, all competition winners received an invitation to attend the World Championship.

The proud winner Ivana Gelo did not hide her happiness after she found out that her work will decorate the official bus of the national team: ‘When I found out that my drawing won, I was very happy and surprised. I will take my mother Andrijana to the match because she persuaded me to sign up.’ During the championship, visitors and fans can take photos of buses with children’s works and share photos on social networks with the hashtag #BeThereWithHyundai, with the opportunity to win special Hyundai prizes.
