SCS Software has released the first gameplay preview from the Coaches DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2. See how the bus drives on the route between Duisburg and Rotterdam.
Euro Truck Simulator 2 soon it won’t be a truck driving game anymore. It is under construction Coaches DLC which will allow driving the bus, and now we got the first view of how it should look inside the game.
It seems that the implementation will be quite simple. We will have an estimated time within which we need to arrive at a certain destination, while we will have to take care of the quality of the ride. We will thus have a passenger satisfaction meter, which will decrease if we have accidents while driving, etc.
The driving model of the bus itself does not seem drastically different from the truck, and the DLC brings only minimal specifics when driving. You can barely hear the conversation of the passengers on the bus, the interface is a little different and the process of arriving at the destination station is a little different than in the case of truck unloading. However, the DLC is still in development, so these things will arrive and change until release.
