MMPI and AKD remind all autotaxi drivers that, according to the law, they are obliged to obtain a document without which no later than June 4, 2026 will not be able to perform autotaxi activities. The deadline for publication is 30 days from the receipt of the request.
Autotaxi driver’s card is issued to drivers who transport passengers by autotaxi, provided that they are at least 21 years old, have a valid category B driver’s license, have completed the initial qualification under a special program for category B drivers, and have a good reputation. A good reputation is determined by checking the criminal record, which is obtained ex officio by the competent authority that decides on the request.

The request can be submitted via eTaksi request in the eGrađani system, in person at the issuer’s office or by mail to the address AKD – Public Authority Office, Savska cesta 28, 10000 Zagreb.
