According to the latest information, the next Samsung Galaxy A57 brings a significant improvement in the cooling system, which could directly affect more stable performance in games and demanding applications. Samsung clearly wants to further improve its mid-range devices.
According to the first information transmitted by a well-informed Samsung insider, the Galaxy A57 gets a significantly larger vapor chamber compared to the previous Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A56 models.
Larger vapor chamber for more stable Galaxy A57 performance
A larger surface area for heat release allows for more efficient cooling during intensive tasks such as mobile gaming or multitasking. This means that the device will be able to maintain maximum performance for a longer time without reducing the processor clock rate due to overheating (throttling).
It is interesting that this improvement was achieved without increasing the dimensions of the device. On the contrary, the Galaxy A57 could be one of the thinnest models in the A series, with a thickness of only 6.9 mm and a weight of about 179 grams.
The phone will reportedly have a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and thinner edges, which contributes to a more modern look and better visual experience.
Performance will be in charge of the new Exynos 1680 processor with max 12 GB RAM memory, while the device is expected to arrive with One UI 8.5 interface based on Android 16 version.
However, the improvements could bring a higher price. According to preliminary information, the initial price could be around 525 dollars (approximately 480 euros), while the more expensive versions would exceed 600 dollars, which is an increase compared to the previous generation.
Given that promotional materials and unboxing shots have already started to appear, the official presentation of the Galaxy A57 model is expected soon.
