Peter Molyneux’s potentially final game has been given a release date. Masters of Albion will be played in the fourth month of this year.

If we don’t get Fable this year, we’ll still be going back to the world called Albion. Peter Molyneux and his studio 22Cans have announced the launch of their biggest game yet, and it will happen this spring.
Masters of Albion is arriving 22. 4. on PC (Steam) and will mix strategy and simulation, city management and base defense. In the game, we will be a divine being who controls the backward village of Oakridge, but unlike similar Black & White games that Molyneux has designed before, in this one we will be able to take direct control of our subjects.
As the official description of the game says:
“Masters of Albion is a two-faced game: during the day you explore and enjoy warm, relaxing activities like building houses, painting and decorating, designing various products, customizing workers and heroes, and interacting with characters. But when night falls, the game turns completely upside down as every village comes under attack from monsters and beasts. Your goal each day is to complete the given tasks and survive the night to continue your journey through the story of Albion.”
