The Unihertz Titan 2 Elite was a huge success on Kickstarter, surpassing $2.6 million in funding and far surpassing its initial goal of $100,000.
This model attracted the attention of a specific group of users because it combines modern hardware with a physical QWERTY keyboard, which is a real rarity on the smartphone market today.

The company Unihertz offers two versions of the device. The base model comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor and 256GB of memory, while the Pro variant uses a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 and 512GB of storage.
The price in the campaign is about 360 euros for the standard model and about 440 euros for the Pro version, while it will be significantly higher in regular sales.
The phone brings a 4.03-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, 12 GB of RAM, as well as two 50 MP rear cameras and a 32 MP front camera. There’s also 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6 and a 4,050mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
Although the design resembles old BlackBerry devices, the Titan 2 Elite is not intended for the mass market, but for users who want a different typing experience and greater productivity on the phone.
The great success of the campaign shows that there is still a demand for devices that deviate from the standard “full touchscreen” concept, especially when they offer hardware strong enough for modern needs, reports Android Headlines.
