Pretty reliable pager shared the first information about the specifications of the upcoming Google model from the popular A series. If these rumors turn out to be true, the Pixel 11a could be the best affordable phone the company has launched in years.

Arrival of the flagship Tensor G6 chip
When Google presented in March 2026 Pixel 10aone of the main complaints from customers was the choice of chipset. The company then decided to keep the older one Tensor G4which made the 10a too similar to its predecessor, the Pixel 9a.

In this way, the low price and distinction compared to the premium series would be maintained. While this will reduce raw performance somewhat, advanced features, MediaTek M90 modem and others will still be present. This promises better energy efficiency and a more stable network connection. The phone will also keep Titan M3 security chip, just like the more expensive models from the Pixel 11 family.
