He does this on an extremely narrow driveway or road fork, on an uphill, and neither the concrete wall on the side of the road nor the fact that there is practically a precipice below him helps him.
The video shows impressive driving skills, with no regard for the car’s welfare, and the turn is ultimately successful. The Honda made a 180° turn and was able to descend back onto the main road. However, while the skill of the driver is undeniably impressive, and the bravery perhaps even more so, the question remains – why didn’t he just reverse?
