Voting for starters in the 2022 NBA All-Star Game will start on December 25, 2021, and will end on January 22, 2022, the NBA League website reported.
When is 2022 NBA All-Star Game?
The 70th NBA All-Star Game will be played this 2021/22 season in Cleveland, Ohio at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, home of the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday, February 20, 2022.
2022 All-Star weekend starts on Friday 18, NBA All-Star game starts at 8 p.m. ET and AT&T Slam Dunk Contest at halftime.
How can you vote
Fans will be able to vote via the NBA App, the NBA league’s website, or via Twitter.
During the four-week voting period, fans will be able to fill out a one-time ballot submission each day, as well as vote for up to 10 favorite players a day on Twitter.

The votes of the fans will be counted twice, on December 25, January 7, 13, 17, and 20.
In addition to the fans, journalists and players will also have the right to vote for starters at the All-Star Game.
Players and the media will be able to fill out one ballot every 24 hours, by selecting up to two guards and three frontcourt players from the Eastern and Western Conferences.
A review of fan voting will be released on January 6, 13, and 20.
Once all the votes have been added up, the players will be ranked at each conference according to position (guards and frontcourt positions) within each of the three voting groups, the votes of fans, players, and the media.
The score of each player will be calculated by the average of the votes received. Two guards and three frontcourt players with the best result in each conference will be named starters in the All-Star Game.
Fan voting will serve as an advantage, in case of the same result.
The NBA is celebrating 75 years of existence this season, and Cleveland last hosted the All-Star in 1997.
When is NBA All-Star Game 2023?
The 2023 All-Star Game will take place in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 71st NBA All-Star Game will take place at Vivint Smart Home Arena, home of the Utah Jazz, on Sunday, February 19, 2023. The All-Star weekend starts on Friday, February 17, 2023.
