The new range of Mini hatchbacks arrives in 2023, and will be made in Oxford (versions with SUS engines), where a new Mini Cabrio will be produced from 2025.

The latest spy images from China reveal that the biggest change will be experienced by the back part, with new lights.
The range will include versions with petrol and diesel engines, as well as a fully electric variant (the latter will be produced in China).
A completely new interior design has been announced for the new Mini, with new technology and personalization options.
It is possible that a five-door version will appear later, but that has not been confirmed yet.
The electric version of the new Mini is just another step towards the fully electric future of this brand. The brand has already announced its plans to become fully electric in 2030. By 2027, Mini expects electric vehicles to account for more than 50 percent of its sales.
The new three-door Mini will arrive with a pair of new models to be developed in China (in collaboration with Great Wall Company). One will be the Minini supermini and the other is a crossover positioned below the Countryman. The last two models will be produced by Great Wall in China, and in addition to electric drive, versions with SUS engines will also be available.
