Instead of new graphics cards, Nvidia announced literal cards based on the history of the GeForce brand. However, just like the graphics themselves, you won’t be able to get them very easily.
It seems that Nvidia will not launch a new series of graphics cards this year. Instead they arrive collector cards on the topic of the history of the GeForce brand.
In the first series of these nostalgic cards / cards, long-term users of GeForce hardware can recall various products, technological demonstrations, etc. The cards will be placed in a packet and intended only for the biggest fans of Nvidia.
You see, these GeForce cards will not be available for sale but will be distributed as part of different ones evenata and giveawaya. In other words, only those who are in the right place at the right time will get them.
Of course, since graphics cards are now terribly expensive, and Nvidia is one of the main culprits for that, the very idea of celebrating the GeForce brand was met with disapproval from the audience. Many are commenting that Nvidia is mocking gamers with this and that this is a belated April Fool’s joke.
