A World War I survival game inspired by true stories has been announced

An atypical war game has been announced in which the focus is on building friendships in the trenches of the First World War.

WWI has already gotten some interesting non-shooter games. We had Valiant Hearts, then 11-11 Memories Retold, and now it’s announced The Caribou Trail.

It is a title that is a first-person adventure, set on the battlefield of the peninsula Gallipoli. The story follows three friends in surviving circumstances they did not expect when they were sent to a hot battlefield.

The protagonist is British Fisheras his last name says – a fisherman by profession. Although we will carry a rifle in his hands, go on scouts and in no man’s land, The Caribou Trail will be a game focused on surviving the war with the help of ordinary people. The game will thus show small rituals, such as preparing stew with questionable ingredients or retelling stories from folklore.
