NASA has released a new photo from the Artemis 2 mission, showing the interior of the Orion capsule during its third day of flight to the moon.

The image shows astronaut Christina Koch using a tablet in a darkened cabin, while in the background the profile of astronaut Jeremy Hansen is seen looking out into space through a window. The lights are deliberately turned off to avoid glare and allow better observation of the outside space.

During the third day of the mission, the astronauts began preparations for the crucial moment, the flyby of the Moon. This includes reorganizing the cabin, adjusting equipment and preparing cameras to capture the surface and far side of the Moon.
