Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson play two complete strangers who agree to get married in the first official trailer for the upcoming romantic comedy “Marry Me”.
With original songs by Jennifer Lopez and world Latin music star Maluma, who has her acting debut, Lopez sees the upcoming film as a famous pop star who, after discovering that her fiancé (Maluma) is cheating on her, decides to marry one of her fans from whim during a live concert. She randomly selected a divorced high school math teacher (Owen Wilson) who was at the concert just because of her little daughter (Chloe Coleman).
What began as a kind of impulsive decision instantly quickly turns into a romance between two polar opposites.
Based on the eponymous Bobby Crosby web comic, the film was directed by Kat Coiro, whose direction includes episodes of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” “Girls5eva,” “The Mick,” and “Dead to Me.” He is currently directing the new Marvel series “She-Hulk”.
