Steam Controller price leaked – it will be more expensive than the console ones

It looks like Valve is gearing up to launch a new Steam Controller soon. One reviewer “escaped” a video in which the price of the device itself was revealed.

Earlier this week, Valve secretly uploaded a “Steam Controller Unboxing Video” to Steam. Although it cannot be viewed yet, traces in the system exist and indicate that the new Steam Controller would could soon be launched for sale.

This theory is also supported by today’s news that one reviewer missed a video review of the controller itself. It was quickly removed, but the internet remembers.

According to information from that review, the Steam Controller will cost 99.99 dollars / euros. It’s a bit more than the controllers for the current PS5, XS and NS2 consoles, but on the other hand, it’s also reasonable because the Steam Controller has more features, such as two touchpads, four back buttons and a charger that also serves as an adapter for wireless connection to a PC.

By all accounts, the release of the Steam Controller is close, but the question remains – which is the rest of the hardware What did Valve have planned for the first half of this year?
