The Mario & Friends toy set goes on sale next week

Next week, Nintendo will launch the first products from its “My Mario” series, intended for the youngest.

Super Mario has had LEGO sets for years, but those sets aren’t really suitable for babies and toddlers. Since Nintendo doesn’t want to leave anything to chance, it will soon launch a series of toys for this demographic of future consumers “My Mario“.

From February 19, sets of wooden figurines will be on sale. One set will include figurines of Mary, ? boxes and 1up mushroom. The figures will be able to fit into a wider set of 30 pieces, which will include Luigi, Peach, Yoshi and various motifs from the Super Mario games.

The sets are intended for children from 18 months.

Pricing hasn’t been revealed yet, but expect it won’t be exactly cheap. Namely, each of the figurines of the characters will be also an amiibo figure with digital bonuses in Nintendo games. Given that amiibos cost from 25 euros and up, it can be assumed that these packages will be at least 40 euros (only Mario) to 100 euros (Mario & friends).
