CD Projekt RED has revealed that the long-awaited update to their Cyberpunk 2077 for PlayStation 5 Pro is arriving tomorrow.
More than two years after the release of the PlayStation 5 Pro model, Cyberpunk 2077 will get its upgrade for the most expensive console today (900 euros according to the new one).
CD Projekt RED announced that the long-awaited PS5 Pro update for Cyberpunk 2077 will arrive tomorrow, 8. 4. The upgrade will bring a number of technical improvements, which are as follows:
- support for PSSR upscaling (latest version)
- improved ray-tracing lighting, shadow and reflection effects
- three execution modes:
- Ray-tracing Pro – the most beautiful graphics up to 40 fps on VRR screens and 30 fps on regular ones
- Performance – version without ray-tracing effects with performance up to 90 fps
- Ray Tracing – standard ray-tracing effects at a smooth 60 fps
This upgrade will be available to all owners of Cyberpunk 2077 for PS5, as well as anyone who plays it via PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium subscription.
