The Windows 11 April Update brings several important improvements that should not be missed

Microsoft is preparing the April update for Windows 11, which brings a series of practical improvements focused on security, easier work and better system stability.

Although it does not bring “big” novelties, this update significantly improves the everyday feeling of use through a series of minor but important changes.

One of the key changes refers to Smart App Controlwhich can now be turned on or off without having to reinstall the system, which was a big drawback before.

Function Narrator gets a boost through AI image description, but now without the need for local models, as it uses Copilot for processing.

Settings the app gets a number of optimizations, including faster loading and a clearer display System information about the computer, while returning a detailed overview of hardware such as the graphics subsystem and storage devices and software installation.

File Explorer it gets practical changes, like the ability to rename files by voice, as well as bug fixes that affected stability and visual experience.

There are also display improvements, as Windows now recognizes monitors with a 1000Hz refresh rate, along with improvements to HDR and energy efficiency for USB4 displays.

Although this one update it does not bring revolutionary changes, it clearly shows the direction in which Microsoft is going – less spectacle, and more stability, optimization and realistically useful functions that can be seen in everyday work, reports Windows Central.
