Warframe’s fantastical cousin – Soulframe – still has no release date, but has 30 minutes of gameplay footage

Last weekend, the traditional TennoCon took place, where we once again got the chance to see the upcoming Soulframe in action.

Four years after its initial announcement, Soulframe is still a game that isn’t close to launch. This fantasy title from the creators of Warframe has been in pre-alpha testing for some time, and new features and additional content have now been announced for those with access to the game.

Last weekend at the TennoCon convention, it was revealed that Soulframe will be getting a playable Warsongs mission this fall. As part of it, we get to know important characters: the main villain, Tempest Bayor, and the protagonist’s mother, Empress Eldveil. It was revealed that they will be voiced by the famous acting duo Ben Star and Jennifer English.

The developers of the game said that they probably discovered it before they should have, so we have the impression that we already know everything about it, but we cannot play it. But they also say that the biggest news related to Soulframe is yet to come.

A recording of the half-hour gameplay was also published. In it we see the first application of dark powers, but also the inclusion of inevitable fishing. That is, here it will be “vegan fishing” – with the goal of catching fish to study, not eat.
