Resident Evil Code Veronica will get its remake in 2027, with an expanded story of Claire and Chris Redfield.

Resident Evil Veronica it will thus be a remake of Code Veronica, but expanded and enriched following the example of Capcom’s other remake treatments. The game will begin upon arrival Claire Redfield u Parizwhich was not even shown in the original. Clair, of course, is looking for her brother Chris, but is kidnapped and sent to Rockfort Island.

Resident Evil Veronica looks impressive, which is now expected for RE games. It is interesting that the first material from the game is shown from a first-person perspective, but for now it is not clear if this will be the main perspective of the game or if it was used only for this presentation. Chances are that Veronica will also offer the option to choose a first- or third-person camera like Resident Evil Requiem.

The game is in development for the same platforms as Requiem, which means in versions for PC, PS5, XS and NS2.
