Definitely the biggest surprise of The Game Awards 2021 event held early this morning was the announcement of Alan Wake 2.
Geoff Keighley hosted Remedy’s Sam Lake on the stage, who also revealed a few details about the game. First of all, we learned that Alan Wake 2 is indeed one of the games coming as part of the partnership between Remedy Entertainment and Epic Games, and that it will be drastically different from the already great original.
First of all, Alan Wake II will abandon the genre of psychological horror and fully immerse himself in the survival horror of water, which means that we expect a much darker and scarier realization that will not leave anyone indifferent. That Sam Lake and Remedy are really serious about this, you can see for yourself in the announcement trailer below.

As we find out, Alan Wake II is currently in development for PS5, Xbox Series X / S consoles and PC,
Alan Wake 2 release date and price
Alan Wake 2 game should go on sale in 2023. Unfortunately, we will have to wait until next summer for some new information about the game itself. The price should be around $30.
