Dark Cherry becomes the trademark color of the new series

The latest information reveals a striking red version of the iPhone 18 Pro phone. More previous information indicated that red will be the main new color of this year’s iPhone 18 Pro series.

It should replace the Cosmic Orange shade, which marked the previous generation, and become a recognizable visual sign of the new Apple flagship phones.

The vivid orange color was absolutely the most noticeable among all variants of the iPhone 17 Pro series. Due to the look and feel of the luxurious finish, many users have jokingly referred to it as “Hermès orange”.

The shade is very similar to the dark color of red wine. The deep and restrained tone should give the phone a striking visual recognition, but also a more elegant, premium look without an excessively bright finish.

The most important hardware novelty will be the A20 Pro chip, which will reportedly debut in the iPhone 18 Pro series. It should be the first Apple mobile processor produced using TSMC’s 2 nm manufacturing process.

The transition to a new production technology would represent another important step in the development of Apple processors, with expected improvements in performance and energy efficiency.

The iPhone 18 Pro series should also get three cameras with a resolution of 48 megapixels. The main wide-angle camera will reportedly support variable aperture, which would give users more control and expand the possibilities of professional photography and recording. The new iPhone 18 Pro generation, including the Dark Cherry red variant, according to current information, will be officially presented in September this year, reports Mydrivers.
