Dispatch is censored on Nintendo Switch consoles

The narrative adventure Dispatch is available on the Nintendo Switch 1 and 2 consoles as of today, but it came in a censored, nudity-free edition.

If you played last year’s adventure Dispatchthen you know that game has some nudity scenes. If you haven’t played and plan to do so in the Nintendo Switch 1 or 2 versions, technically we haven’t spoiled anything for you – because you won’t even see the nudity.

Studio Adhoc confirmed that the game was censored and that this was one of the conditions for its appearance on Nintendo platforms.

“Different platforms have different criteria for content, and each submission is evaluated individually. We worked with Nintendo to ensure the game’s content met their criteria for publication on their platforms, but the core story and gameplay experience remains identical to the original Dispatch release.” – they discovered from Adhoc.

It is worth noting that in the previous versions of Dispatch for PC and PS5, the game had censorship, but as an option that was primarily there for the needs of streamers.
