Haas driver Mick Schumacher will enter his second season in 2022 as the driver of that team, but at the same time next season he will be the reserve driver of Ferrari, a team in which his father Michael once achieved great success.

Mick Schumacher (22) is registered as a reserve driver for Ferrari in 11 of 23 races next season, and in other races that role will be performed by Antonio Giovinazzi.
Giovinazzi lost his place in Alfa Romeo, so he will drive in the Formula E championship next season.
Schumacher will, in case Charles Leclerc or Carlos Sainz are prevented for some reason, transfer to Ferrari and become the driver of the famous Italian team.
“He graduated from Ferrari’s academy, and this will be his second season. “I am very happy that he will be part of our team, but I hope that there will be no need to change Charles or Carlos,” said Ferrari’s first man Mattia Binotto
Michael Schumacher, who does not appear in public due to the serious injury he suffered while skiing in 2013, won five world championship titles with Ferrari in the 2000s.
