A trailer for the long-awaited movie about the life of Princess Diana “Spencer”, starring Kristen Stewart, has been released.

The movie is about a weekend that Princess Diana spent in Sandringham Estate during the Christmas holidays in 1991. Then she decided to divorce Prince Charles.

“It’s December 1991: The Prince and Princess of Wales’ marriage has long since grown cold. Though rumors of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at Sandringham Estate. There’s eating and drinking, shooting and hunting. Lady Diana knows the game. This year, things will be a whole lot different”, is stated in the synopsis.

On the official poster announcing the screening of the film in cinemas from November 5, Kristen Stewart is crying and wearing a white dress, which is somewhat reminiscent of the one worn by Princess Diana. It was designed by David and Elizabeth Emanuel. “Spencer” was directed by Pablo Larraín, and the screenplay is written by Steven Knight. The music was done by Johnny Greenwood from the band Radiohead.
