World Championship Boxing Manager 2 has been announced and will be released in the spring

Ziggurat Interactive and Mega Cat Studios have announced their new boxing management game, a sequel to the 1991 original, World Championship Boxing Manager 2.

Game release date

World Championship Boxing Manager II is coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this spring, and beta testing of the PC version will begin later this month.

World Championship Boxing Manager 2 is the official sequel to the highly acclaimed 1991 World Championship Boxing Manager and will offer players a winning combination of playing a business tycoon and boxing simulation. This iteration not only tries to maintain the charm of the original, but also expands it, offering better visuals, deeper gameplay with RPG elements, and new characters based on former professional boxers Rocky Marcian and Sugar Ray Robinson.

World Championship Boxing Manager 2 also adds interesting possibilities in terms of audience impact on boxers and vice versa. Through Twitch integration, different settings in the streamer’s chat activate various effects in the game, can encourage the audience to shout, sing and the like, and thus the audience can improve the statistics and strength of the boxer. Part of all these novelties in this classic, you can see in the first trailer: The price for a new World Championship Boxing Manager 2 game has not be announced yet, for the PC game could be purchased from $10 to $20 (Expected).
