It seems that the viral game Abandoned has not been abandoned after all, as its creator is reportedly testing something called Abandoned: Gospels of Blood.

Kahraman talked all kinds of things about the game, that it was some kind of new and unprecedented experience, he promised to launch a demo version of Abandoned, so in the end he launched something that he had practically seen for only a few seconds.
In the end, it turned out that the whole thing was actually a smear – a lie Kahraman used to try to raise money for a project that he was constantly changing his mind about what it should represent. First it was a game about a cult, then a sci-fi thriller about artificial intelligence, then a game about vampires…
The project ultimately died in the middle of 2022 and other fake games followed, leaving Abandoned behind. When it…
Someone recently noticed that the controversial Hasan Kahraman is playing Abandoned: Gospels of Blood on PlayStation these days. Since that game is not available in the PlayStation store, it is probably some kind of internal testing. Maybe nothing will come of the whole thing again, maybe it’s just a continuation of the whole circus, and maybe Kahraman managed to make a game in the end.
In any case, we shouldn’t care, but it will still be interesting to see what Kahraman decides on in the end – cult, AI, vampires, zombies…
