The company Pixelpaw Labs presented an innovative concept of a gaming peripheral that is both a mouse and a gamepad.

Computer mice are constantly changing, but generally they all use a format that dates back to the late nineties. Left click, right click and wheel for scrollanje – if we don’t count Apple’s peripherals, almost every computer mouse uses that format.
Not the new mouse called Phasewhich does not have a wheel in the middle but scrollanje switches to the touchpad located on the left button. It’s just an initial idea that allows this mouse to do something we haven’t seen before – to split and become a gamepad.
The transformation process seems very intuitive – the mouse is turned upside down, separated, and the standard gamepad buttons and sticks are inside. In Phase controller mode, it works in sync, if Joy Con controllers for Nintendo Switch.
Phase has not yet gone on sale and will have a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter before that. However, he knows the price – $159 regular, and $115 for pre-order / reservation.
Subsequently, this device should also receive mobile phone holders, so that the mouse/controller can be used in combination with a mobile device.
