Last Saturday afternoon, on the border between the cities of Surrey and Delta in the Canadian province of British Columbia, a serious and bizarre traffic accident occurred that resulted in an unusual scene. Shortly before 3 p.m. local time, the police received a report of a collision between a motorcycle and a passenger car at a busy intersection. Police officers and emergency services immediately went to the field, where they found the dramatic consequences of the collision.

According to official data from the police department, one motor vehicle and a motorcycle were involved in the accident, and the circumstances that led to this outcome are the subject of further investigation. The motorcycle driver suffered serious injuries in the collision and was rushed to the hospital. Although the injuries were characterized as serious, the police confirmed that the victim’s life was not in danger. On the other hand, the driver of the car was uninjured and is cooperating with the investigators at the scene.

The accident caused significant traffic delays as emergency services had to secure the area around one of the busiest sections in the region. The investigation lasted for hours, but what made this accident special was the position of the motorcycle after contact with the car. Namely, the vehicle remained hanging high above the road, entangled in the structure of the traffic light support. Photos and videos that quickly spread on social media showed the motorcycle hanging over the intersection, prompting disbelief from passers-by.
