The new game from the Metro series will be called Metro 2039, and we will see its first frames in the presentation scheduled for this Thursday.
The rumors were true – this week we will see a new game from the post-apocalyptic Metro series.
For now we have a confirmed game name – Metro 2039.
The premiere of the game is scheduled for this Thursday, 16. 4. at 7 pm. As the announcement came as part of Xbox, we know that the game is in development for PC and Xbox consoles, but it’s probably in the pipeline for PlayStation 5 as well.
The year in the game’s name reveals that Metro 2039 will be set four years after the events of the last game, Metro Exodus. But for now, that’s all we know.
Previously, the 4A Games team announced that this would be the darkest part of the Metro series.
