Ubisoft’s free shooter XDefiant, for a reason still unknown, no longer has the prefix “Tom Clancy’s” in its name.
As noted on official game pageUbisoft has made a kind of rebranding of this achievement, removing the name of Tom Clancy, which means that the final version of the game will probably not have characters from the universe of this popular writer and other Ubisoft games (Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six…), but will be completely independent title.

It is not yet known when XDefiant could come out. In the meantime, beta tests are currently closed and are currently only available for PCs, so if you want to take part in one of the upcoming ones, you can sign up via this link.
