Kyle Larson is the Nascar champion

The great Nascar season ended on the night between Sunday and Monday, and Kyle Larson celebrated in Phoenix.

Larson made a great use of the quick stop, after which he resisted Martin Truex jr. for 24 laps until the victory, the tenth of the season.

By 282, out of 312 laps Martin Truex jr. was the leader, Larson was fourth with almost four seconds behind. And then a lap followed that changed the whole race – Toyota David Star exploded, Larson used this situation to stop – the second fastest during the whole season and took the lead which he kept until the end. Truex ended the race with only 0.398 behind Larson.

To make everything even more exciting for him, he celebrated for the first time on the track in Phoenix, which completely deservedly led him to the title of champion.

“I really can’t believe it. A year and a half ago, I never dreamed that I would win the title in the Cup series. “Only in this race there were so many moments when I thought I wouldn’t be able to win and that wouldn’t be possible without my team in the pit stop, without them I wouldn’t be standing here now, this is really amazing,” Larson said after the race.
