River City Girls Zero game isn’t coming out this year

The River City Girls came out for the first time in September 2019, and are now coming out in a new guise just for the PlayStation. Along with this game, the sequel to River City Girls 2 has been announced which is scheduled for early 2022 and brings online and local multiplayer, along with new moves, characters and locations.

In addition to the above titles, the release of River City Girls Zero, the first River City Girls game released in 1994, has been announced, and only in Japan. Now this classic beat’em up the title in all its 16-bit fame to reach both the European and American markets. This release comes out later this year.

All games bring, of course, a lot beat’em up actions, local multiplayer and the beginning and continuation of the story of Misako, Kyoko, Kunio and Riki.

River City Girls Zero release date

The new sequel comes for both PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as for PC and Nintendo Switch sometimes in early 2022.

We don’t any official info about the River City Girls Zero game price, expected around $40.
