For the first time, Bezos publicly presented in more detail the vision of the company Prometheus, an AI startup that in just a few months has become one of the most valuable private technology projects in the world. Unlike most AI companies that develop chatbots or digital assistants, Prometheus has a much more ambitious goal. The company is trying to build what it calls an “Artificial General Engineer”, a system that could automate or drastically speed up the design and development of complex physical products.
