Monster Fantasy is an action RPG crossed with a cozy life simulation and the familiar concept of collecting cute monsters.
We have Pokemon, we have Palworld, Temtem, Aniimo and Honkai: Nexus Anima, to name a few. But if that’s not enough games where we exist alongside animal and magical species, here’s another one: it’s called Monster Fantasy and it comes from China, of course.
The game will be set in the kingdom of Eldoras, we play a guy who has amnesia and doesn’t remember anything, and it’s up to us to decide if we want to be an adventurer and hunter or a farmer and village charmer.
Monster Fantasy promises a combination of an action RPG with a cozy life simulation. In the wild we will have 50 different monsters which we can defeat, in the village a hundred unique locals with whom we can communicate and develop contacts. Locals will normally use AI (LLM) to answer players’ queries.
Monster Fantasy is in development for Steam, and resources for further development will be sought through a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter on 7/15 of this year.
