Google Photos introduces an AI dresser that creates and tries on different fashion combinations for you

Google is preparing a new feature within the Google Photos app that allows users to create a digital wardrobe directly from their photos. The solution uses artificial intelligence to recognize pieces of clothing and organize them into an overview collection.

The new option analyzes the user’s existing photos and selects the pieces of clothing that appear in them. In this way, a digital “wardrobe” is formed in which it is possible to view clothes by category, such as T-shirts, pants or fashion accessories. The system enables simple filtering and quick finding of forgotten things that already exist in the physical wardrobe.

Google Photos and AI automatically organize your personal wardrobe and suggest the best outfits

In addition to organization, the function also offers the creation of combinations. Users can combine different pieces of clothing into a complete outfit, save them as inspiration or share them with others. There is also the possibility of creating special collections for different occasions, such as travel, business combinations or festive events.

One of the most interesting options is to try on clothes virtually. The system enables a preview of how a certain combination looks on the user before it is physically put on, thus speeding up everyday wardrobe selection.

This feature will be available first on Android devices and then on the iOS platform, with a gradual rollout over the summer. The goal is to simplify everyday dressing through automation and better organization, with an additional element of personalization brought by artificial intelligence, the Google blog announces.
