The latest report by Counterpoint Research, an analyst company that monitors the market and the changes taking place in it, shows that shipments of Google Pixel phones during 2025 have grown strongly on a global level. Although Pixel is still not among the top five global manufacturers, the annual growth of shipments of 25 percent is a very noticeable result.
It is interesting that, according to the same report, neither Apple nor Samsung stand out as potentially the most important competitor to Pixel phones. Instead, the attention of analysts was drawn to the Nothing brand, which during 2025 recorded an even greater increase in deliveries, as much as 31 percent compared to the previous year. These results indicate that this relatively young manufacturer is seriously strengthening its influence on the global smartphone market.
Pixel strengthens its position, Nothing grows into a surprise
Market analysis shows that the good result of Google Pixel phones is primarily a consequence of the successful launch of the Pixel 10 flagship series, but also the continued strong sales of the mid-range model Pixel 9a, which together account for the largest share of total shipments.
In the meantime, new information appeared that Google could present the Pixel 10a as early as next month, and earlier than expected. Although no major hardware innovations are expected, it is speculated that the price could remain at the same level or even be lower, which is already bringing a lot of attention to this model.
