The Korean car manufacturer has released photos of its new sports sedan 2022 Genesis G80 Sport. Genesis is the luxury brand of the Hyundai Motor Group.
On the occasion of the launch of the Genesis G80 Sport model in South Korea, the premium manufacturer from that country published a photo gallery of this car.
Compared to the standard G80, the Sport version has a firmer suspension and all-wheel drive. This means that the rear wheels rotate in the opposite direction from the front at speeds up to 60 km / h, thus achieving better maneuverability while driving in urban areas.
Genesis G80 Sport Engine
Genesis will offer the G80 Sport in Korea with the same engines that are built into the standard version. These are 2.5 and 3.5-liter gas and 2.2-liter diesel.
The base turbo-gas 4-cylinder engine produces 300 hp and 422 Nm, while the 3.5 twin-turbo V6 delivers 375 hp and 530 Nm. On the other hand, the diesel has 207 hp and 441 Nm.
All engines are connected to an 8-speed automatic as standard.
The Genesis G80 Sport 2022 also differs from the regular version in the visual details on the exterior, which gives it a more pronounced sporty look.
