The Meta company presented new smart glasses called Meta Glassesdeveloped in partnership with the world-famous EssilorLuxottica group.
This device uses advanced artificial intelligence features and comes in three different frame styles. Among them is a special edition created in cooperation with Kylie Jenner. Also, these are cheaper smart glasses in the Meta offer.
Advanced camera and integration of new AI model
The glasses are equipped with a 12-megapixel camera, similar to previous generations of Ray-Ban Meta models. This hardware system allows recording videos in a resolution of up to 3K at 30 frames per second. Still photos have a resolution of 3,024 x 4,032 pixels.

MetaWhen it comes to ergonomics and case design, the construction brings several practical solutions for more comfortable wearing. Here they are now:

The artificial intelligence system on these glasses is powered by the company’s new AI model called Muse Spark. This AI model that enables faster processing of voice commands and queries.
Audio performance, connectivity and battery life
The new model uses an open-ear sound system and a system with multiple built-in microphones. This combination is used to make phone calls, listen to music, podcasts and give voice commands. Background noise suppression technology is also integrated for cleaner sound transmission.
According to factory data, the built-in battery provides up to 8 hours of operation with a single charge. The accompanying box, which serves as a charger and case, extends the total usage time of the device to a maximum of 40 hours. Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and Bluetooth LE standards are responsible for wireless connectivity, and the glasses also support Meta Neural Band.
Availability, prices and additional options
There are three basic frame styles available to users: Adventurer, Fury and an exclusive series Meta Glasses by Kylie. Customers can choose from more than 26 different frame and lens combinations. Additionally, with a special replacement program (Rx Lens Swap) the installation of dioptric glasses is also supported.
The Meta company announced that new options will be added by the end of June with a software update. The dynamic photo function and navigation intended for pedestrians are coming.
Starting price for Meta Glasses amounts 299 dollars. The device is currently available in the markets of the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and in a number of European countries. Sales are made through the company’s official website and authorized retail chains.
