This salt should not be used for cooking as it will thus lose on most of its ingredients but as a supplement at the end of meal preparation. Accordingly, avoid adding this salt to boiling and hot dishes, but add it when the meal has cooled a little just before eating. It can also serve as a decoration for a dish. It is often used with fish, vegetables, eggs, meat, but also as a flavor enhancer for chocolate and caramel. It is also very nourishing for human skin, especially for facial skin care, as an exfoliator that improves circulation and removes dead skin cells.
