Microsoft had a strong lineup of games this year with titles like Age of Empires IV, Forza Horizon 5, and Halo Infinite hasn’t even come out yet. However, today another surprise arrived from Thunderful Games the release date of The Gunk.
The Gunk game release date
This publisher announced that The Gunk arrives on the Xbox console and PC on December 16th 2021. It is a third-person action adventure in which you lead a duo of space explorers who will find themselves on a dangerous planet affected by corrupt waste. The focus is on research, survival, resource gathering and crafting. The game is being developed by Image & Form, a studio known for the SteamWorld franchise, and we have no doubt that The Gunk will be no less better.
The Gunk will be available on the Xbox Game Pass as soon as it is released. There will be nothing from the versions for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch for now, because Microsoft has taken care of full exclusivity.
