EA Sports demonstrated to us what we can expect from the new UFC fight in the Octagon. In short, new animations, new ways to block shots and new Flow State mechanics.
UFC 6 enters the Octagon in a little more than a month, and EA Sports demonstrated what awaits us in the new edition of the fighting series. Of course, they presented a bunch of abstract promises and numbers that sound nice, but among all that, they also discovered some concrete news. For example:
- the game will have four new styles of defense, i.e. blocking shots (balanced, sturdy, evasive, philly shell)
- the new Flow State mechanic brings temporary bonuses to fighters through three layers of perks
- fighters will be anatomically more authentic and the differences between them will be more pronounced, e.g. arm length will play a role in hitting reach
