The race for the longest possible battery life on smartphones has officially entered a completely new, extreme phase. Company Honor presented in China the most ambitious model of the X series – Honor X80 Pro Max. The phone officially debuted on the Chinese market on June 22, and will appear globally in a second edition and under a different name.
The time of the international debut is not yet known.
The main star among the specifications is a giant battery, which we have not had the opportunity to see on standard commercial devices. This battery even received an official certificate Guinness Book of Records.
The phone as an external charger
So, the selling point of the Honor X80 Pro Max is its massive 11,000 mAh battery. It is by far the largest battery ever installed in a Chinese company’s phone.
